I’m an experienced HR professional with over 10 years of working across both retail and manufacturing environments, where I’ve built a strong, practical understanding of people, processes, and what it takes to support a business effectively. My background has given me valuable insight into operational demands, compliance, and the importance of quality, health & safety, and doing things the right way.

For the past three years, I’ve been part of Paragon Traffic Management as HR Manager, leading the HR function and playing a key role in shaping how we support our people. During this time, I’ve invested significant effort into developing and improving processes and procedures, strengthening relationships across the business, and supporting managers to build their confidence, knowledge, and people skills.
