I’ve just revisited a post in LinkedIn and honestly feel incredibly proud of how far Paragon Traffic Management Limited has come. Every week in our #recruitment meeting, the same thing happens — we have to order more vans.

Why?

Because unlike many companies, I’m rarely recruiting to replace leavers. The majority of our recruitment is for #new starters, and for a recruiter, that is huge. It means all the hard work going into attracting, supporting, and hiring great people is truly paying off. It means #growth, not churn. And it means we’re helping more people build real careers with us — which is an amazing feeling.

One thing our team absolutely loves is that every Traffic Management Operative has their own van. It gives them #ownership, pride, and the freedom to look after it without worrying about what the next person might do. It sounds simple, but it makes a massive difference.

And here’s the fun part… all our vans have #names. Some of them are absolutely hilarious! If you’ve ever spotted a Paragon Traffic Management Limited van out on the road, I’d love to know: which one did you see, and what was its name?
